Golang windows开发环境搭建[IDE:VScode] for PRC.

1、下载golang: https://golang.org/dl/默认安装
2、下载git: https://git-scm.com/download/win 默认安装
3、下载安装VScode

4、设置环境变set https_proxy=127.0.0.1:1080 & set http_proxy=127.0.0.1:1080（直接加进系统环境变量里）
打开VS code 安装go 插件，好使。
